    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    In this case, please export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Event Viewer";
    2. Expand "Windows Logs" and select "System";
    3. In the "Actions" panel on the right, select "Filter Current Log";
    4. In "Event level", check the boxes "Critical", "Warning", and "Error" and click on "Ok";
    5. Again, in the "Actions" panel, select "Save Filtered Log File As" and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    The information from the minidump you shared in the question only mentions a driver associated with the Intel processor (GenuineIntel.sys) as the cause of the crash. By checking the minidump maybe I could get more information.

    Was this minidump deleted without any action on your part?

    Do you have any cleaning applications like CCleaner installed on your PC?

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please share the minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
