If that doesn't help, you may try Revo Uninstaller.

Thank you for your Reply.
Can you check in File explorer > Local Disk C > programs or program files and look for 360 total security folder.
If you do see it then open it and look for an .exe which is called uninstaller.
If it wont work then try downloading the 360 total security installer then instead of installing there should be an option to uninstall.
I also suggest send a screenshot so I can guide you further.
