Did this process again to see if it's repeatable. Everything occurred the same except after deleting all partitions on the disk, the next restart after beginning the installation process was completed and put me back into the Window Installation Setup Menu again.
Error Code 0xc0000034 when attempting to install Windows 11
My PC underwent a Windows update overnight recently. When I woke up, the computer was frozen right at the start of the boot process for Windows. Since then, it's been freezing during the Windows boot process every time except once, where it worked normally for a while as I backed up my files and played an online game with a friend before restarting it. After that restart, was never able to successfully boot into Windows again despite trying for hours.
Running system diagnostics, all diagnostic tests I ran on my system and each component showed everything was working correctly. I attempted to access system recovery through my BIOS startup menu, but it gave out error code 0xc0000225 every time. I had to make an installation media for Windows 11 and booted that to access the recovery environment. I tried startup repair, uninstalling the latest quality update (I was unable to uninstall the latest feature update), a system restore, all did nothing to fix the issue. I ran the command "CHKDSK C: /f /r", it scanned the file system and found no problems. At this point, I'm convinced the error is due to Windows corrupting during the update.
Since I was able to back up my files, I decided the next best step would be to reinstall Windows. I attempted this, but every time the system had to restart during the install process, it would freeze during the boot once again. I ended up deleting the partition used for the Windows install while leaving the other partitions untouched. Now, I have been receiving error code 0xc0000034 every time the system restarts while attempting to install Windows, and no way to resume the install process from where it left off.
I am at stuck at this point and am stumped as to what can be done next to potentially fix my PC.

2025-05-22T16:22:18+00:00 I tried reinstalling Windows again, deleting the partitions in the Windows 11 setup rather than through the command prompt. First time, when it restarted, my PC tried to go through the boot process for a few seconds, restarted, and then returned to the Windows Installation Setup Menu. The disk had created the MSR and primary partitions, so I chose the primary partition and chose to attempt to install again. That time, my PC froze after the first restart in the same way it has every other time.

I did the above as mentioned, this time my PC greets me with this screen after attempting to install Windows. I'm running another extensive diagnostic test on my SSD while I wait to see if there is another option someone thinks of.
Next, let's Boot from the Windows installation USB
Restart your PC and boot from the USB drive.
On the Windows Setup screen, press Shift + F10.
Clean the boot drive and set it up for UEFI
Type the following commands one by one:
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0 - (replace 0 with your Windows drive number, if you only have 1 drive install it's normally 0)
clean
convert gpt
exit
This removes all partitions and converts the disk to GPT format, suitable for UEFI.
Proceed with Windows Installation
Close the Command Prompt.
Continue with the Windows installation.
When asked where to install Windows, select the unallocated space.
Click Next and Windows Setup will create all necessary partitions automatically.
Complete the Installation
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish installing Windows 11.
This method ensures a clean window setup and installation.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards.
