Emoji panel not working on windows 11

Whenever I try to use the keyboard shortcut or right click, the emoji panel simply does not appear. I've restarted my device multiple times, yet nothing changed. What should I do to fix it?

    When was the last time it worked properly? Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

    Press Windows key+R to open Run then type or copy and paste the path below. Hit Enter.

    C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe

    Try the emoji shortcut again.
