Every time I download the iTunes app then I try to run the set up. It instantly has a window that pops up saying I am unauthorized something to do with the work or school computer, but it is not. It’s my home computer. What do I do? Please help

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for sharing your concern on community forum,

As I can understand, you are facing issue regarding accessing the iTunes on your device. I would suggest you, try reinstalling the iTunes on your device from Microsoft store. Here are the steps how you can do that -

    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Find iTunes, click the three dots, choose Uninstall.
    2. Press Windows + S, search Microsoft Store, and open it.
    3. Search iTunes in the Store. Select it, then click Get or Install.
    4. Find it in the Start menu and open it!

Please let us know, if it works for you,

    Warm regards
