As I can understand, you are facing issue regarding accessing the iTunes on your device. I would suggest you, try reinstalling the iTunes on your device from Microsoft store. Here are the steps how you can do that -
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Find iTunes, click the three dots, choose Uninstall.
- Press Windows + S, search Microsoft Store, and open it.
- Search iTunes in the Store. Select it, then click Get or Install.
- Find it in the Start menu and open it!
