Press Windows key then Type " about your pc " then press enter
It will show you the version of Windows you are on and other usefull infromation.

Open your Start menu and type "winver".
You should see "winver - Run command" on your screen.
Select this entry, and you'll see on your screen the Windows version you are currently using, and the build installed on your PC.
