Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the clarification.

Unfortunately, your processor is not on the supported processor list for Windows 11.

See the link below for supported processors for Windows 11.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardwa...

Microsoft does not recommend installing Windows 11 on computers that are not supported. Your device may malfunction due to compatibility or other issues.

    Sorry for the bad news.

It is a good idea to check with your computer manufacturer about the possibility of upgrading your processor to make your computer 100% compatible with Windows 11. However, on many devices, this upgrade may not be possible due to hardware limitations.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

First, check whether your PC meets the minimum requirements for Windows 11.
You can do this using the PC Health Check app.

Download the PC Health Check from the link below, install it, and see which requirements your computer meets and if there are any that it does not meet.
    https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
After installing, open PC Health Check. Then, under "Introducing Windows 11", click "Check now".
Please, share a screenshot of the result. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
