Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
Could you please check if the correct printer is selected in the Print window instead of "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF"?
It seems that you have either selected the ‘Print to PDF’ option in the drop-down box or enabled the ‘Print to file’ option.
Both of these options cause a ‘Save as’ dialog to appear when printing, the printer driver is asking where you want to save the file.
To disable Print to File option,
• Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
• Right-click your default printer device > Select Printer Properties.
• In the ports tab, untick the 'Print to file' check box.
• Click Apply and Ok.
See if you can print the files directly without saving them. Also, check different websites and files to see if you are being prompted to save the files. Sometimes, certain web pages might ask you to save the file first and then to print them.
Let me know if you still need more help.
