I checked your processor model on the AMD website, it does not have integrated graphics on chip so only the Nvidia drivers need to be replaced.

For the Nvidia drivers, try a version around version 561 to find a driver that is stable on your system.
Also, do you have integrated AMD graphics on your AMD processor, if so, it would be best to reinstall (not update) those drivers.
no my BIOS is updated to F40G which is the most recent update from the Aorus website for my motherboard and my drives are not encrypted with bitlocker, i do have it installed but i never use bitlocker.
How do i see if my motherboard has integrated AMD graphics on my AMD processor just to be sure?
because if i look at device manager i dont see any drivers for it installed on the Display Adapter tab
and how to Reinstall it? just from the motherboard website?

2025-06-08T14:01:13+00:00 Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Your minidump files indicate a driver associated to the AMD chipset and also the Nvidia graphics drivers as the cause of the system crashes.
1
Go to the support page for your Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of AMD Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed.2
Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a couple of slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver to try to find a version that is stable on your system.A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
1 i already have downloaded and installed MAD Chipset drivers their website,. i do have bitlocker do i need to uninstall it? and i already have updated my BIOS to the most recent update.
2 how old does the version need to be? because i always use to upgrade my graphics cards because i do game a lot and we learned always have our graphics card up to date.
