When I try to download win11 iso I get this error

The error may be caused by temporary issues with the download portal. As a workaround, please use the Media Creation Tool to download the ISO. You can download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

Run MCT and choose the ISO option when prompted.

I don't have this option. I have already working Ubuntu OS. So I think I can't go with Creation tool, right? I need a direct ISO file download.
Is there any workaround?
