How do you obtain platform keys?

I recently had to get a new motherboard (Gigabyte B450M DS3H) and I'm trying to launch a game that needs Secure Boot. I have it on yet it says "Not active" and wont work because I don't have "Platform Keys". I tried resetting to defaults but I found I don't have any still. Is there anyway I can obtain some or do I need to buy a new motherboard completely?

Greetings. My name is Anis. I'll be glad to help you today.

It sounds like you're encountering an issue with Secure Boot not being properly configured on your Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard. The "Platform Keys" (PK) are part of the Secure Boot process, and if they are missing or not properly set up, Secure Boot won't function correctly. Here's how you can potentially resolve this issue:

Steps to Enable Secure Boot and Set Up Platform Keys:
    Enter BIOS/UEFI:

Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. This is usually done by pressing a key like Delete, F2, or Esc during the boot process (check your motherboard manual for the exact key).

    Reset to Setup Mode:

In the BIOS/UEFI, navigate to the "Secure Boot" settings.

Look for an option to reset Secure Boot keys to default or to enter "Setup Mode." This will clear any existing keys and allow you to set new ones.

    Save and exit the BIOS/UEFI.

    Re-enable Secure Boot:

Re-enter the BIOS/UEFI after the reset.

Go back to the Secure Boot settings and enable Secure Boot.

You should now be able to set up new Platform Keys (PK). The BIOS/UEFI may automatically generate these keys for you, or you may need to manually load them if you have them available.

Let me know how it goes.

what about for a surface pro 9

mine dosnt seem to have that option

and i can only enter from side keys
