Two Monitor Black Screen Help

I recently moved locations and went to plug in my monitors and connected them to the pc, upon startup both monitors say no signal and then go to a black screen. I have tried unplugging the cables and power supply, changed the hdmi and display port cables and even changed the monitor but still have the same issue the monitors turn on and then go to no signal I can’t access nothing on the monitors and the backlight flashes. Please help.

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

Thank you for the information. Please check if you have done the list below.

-Test One Monitor: Use just one monitor and try all GPU ports.

-Use Motherboard Output: If your CPU has integrated graphics, remove GPU and connect to motherboard video port.

-Reseat Components: Reseat GPU, RAM, and check all power cables.

-Clear CMOS: Remove the motherboard battery for 1–2 minutes.

-Check for Beeps/LEDs: Look/listen for error codes on boot.

-Test Hardware Separately: Try GPU in another PC or use known working parts.

-Likely causes: bad GPU, loose connection, faulty motherboard, or PSU issue.

If steps have been done, please let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity
