Hi team, so i recently bought a new gaming pc its an ibuypower pc and ever since I got it I've been trying to use the Bluetooth but whenever I get a device like earpods to connect to it. It sometimes sees the bluetooth device but then reports error or the device did not respond. These devices connect fine to other PC's. I also purchased a dongle to no avail either. I appreciate if someone can help me thanks

Hi! I'm Maj, an Independent Advisor. Thanks for getting in touch with the Microsoft Community Forum. Kindly check if bluetooth is enabled in settings > bluetooth & devices. Then, right-click the start button, go to device manager and make sure the bluetooth driver is installed and doesn’t have a warning icon. You can right-click it and choose Update driver. Also, press windows + R type services.msc and ensure bluetooth support service is set to running and automatic. After this, kindly restart your PC and try pairing your device again.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Maj M.
