If you need to reset Windows and it is continually getting stuck at around 62%, your recovery image is corrupt, the best option would be to create a bootable USB, then use that to clean install Windows 11, that will also create a new recovery image on your drive.
Are you able to get back into Windows to backup your files first?

My question is, what exactly is the significance of the 62%?! Why always at 62%?

2025-06-20T01:40:31+00:00 It is a little difficult to go to support website if my computer is stuck in reset? But other than stating the obvious how do I get support to fix my problem remotely for free? Or is that why they all get stuck at 62 because they want to get paid to fix a problem they caused?
