has nothing to do with the graphics drivers. turn off shader caching. when it starts populating cancel it and turn it off in the games settings

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That indicates there is a problem with the graphics drivers.

Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.

On the resulting DirectX utility, select the Display tab.

Please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.
