Is there any error message that you're getting when trying to download from MS Store?
Have you checked if there are pending Windows updates?
May I know the version or build of your Windows? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)
Kindly check and follow the steps below:
- Please check if there are any pending updates that needs to be installed.
Click Start Menu and type Windows update then hit enter. Please install the updates.
- Please press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
Wait for it to finish and load the MS Store.
Once MS Store is up, please check if the issue still persists.
- Repair Windows Store apps and Settings
Click Start Menu and type Powershell, right click on it and choose Powershell(admin), copy and paste the command below and hit enter.
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Once the process is done, restart the PC and check if the issue still persists.
