Error "A GPU supporting D3D feature level 12 or higher is needed" but i have support for up to level 12_1

I'm trying to run The Last of Us Part 1 on a Intel hd 520 GPU and i5 6200U CPU. I checked the display tab in dxdiag and saw i have feature level 12_1. Can i please get some help fixing this issue?

    Hi ,

    I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

    You don't have Dx12_1 Intel UHD level, it only has DX12_0 Light, which is reporting the DirectX Level of the OS, which would be Windows Dxdiag.

    I'm sorry, but your Laptop does not meet the minimum requirements to start the game.
