Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We understand that you have a problem trying to pair your headphones.
According to your description, you have tried to start pairing and searched in the system but could not find the corresponding information. This problem may be caused by multiple reasons. It may be that there is a delay in Bluetooth settings or driver detection, which causes the device information of the headphones to not be displayed correctly.
In order to check your detection information, you can try to help us operate:
Make sure your headset is fully in pairing mode:
You can try to press and hold the power button for seven or eight seconds after turning on the headset, wait for the headset to sound "pairing" or the corresponding indicator light to start flashing, and then use Windows search on the computer to see if the correct headset device can be displayed.
Check the Bluetooth settings information:
We see that you said that you are not sure what your specific search process is through the system search.
You can try to make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on in the system settings-Bluetooth and other devices. Then you can click "Add device" according to your needs to search all nearby devices that have been turned on for pairing again to see if the detection is successful.
Update Bluetooth driver:
Press the [Win + X] key combination on the keyboard, or right-click the [Windows Start Icon] on the taskbar, and select [Device Manager] in the hidden menu item that opens;
In the Device Manager window, find and expand [Network Adapter], then right-click [Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)], and select [Properties] in the menu item that opens;
In the Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) Properties window, select the [Driver] tab, and then click [Update Driver] below;
In the Update Driver - Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) window, you can select [Automatically search for the latest driver] or [Browse my computer to find the driver];
At the same time, in order to check whether there is a compatibility detection problem between your headset and Windows system when connecting.
You can try to pair and connect the headset with other devices to see if the connection is successful, which can help confirm that there is no problem with the headset itself.
Please understand that our initial response may not always solve your problem immediately. However, we will also find a solution together based on the help and more detailed information you provide later.
