2025-06-24T23:01:10+00:00 Yeah I am trying pretty hard to fix this and I am trying everything I can do. Also the MSI SetupDrv is asking for a driver path, and I thought I did it but it is still grayed out for install. I went to Windows\System32\spool, I also went to x64. I picked these because it says 64 at the end of the MSI SetupDri64. IT is still grayed out...
I have tried all three of these
C:\Windows\System32\drivers- C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
- C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS

2025-06-24T22:47:49+00:00 You're doing all the right things by exploring every angle, Jaxson as this kind of persistence is what gets systems fixed when the usual paths don’t work. That MSI SetupDri64 app you mentioned is part of MSI’s Driver Utility Installer. It’s designed to automatically detect your hardware and install the appropriate drivers, including Bluetooth, chipset, audio, and more. If your system is an MSI-branded desktop or motherboard, this tool can be really helpful.

2025-06-24T22:32:27+00:00 Maybe I did them wrong, but I don't know. The methods did not work, I am currently still trying to figure it out. Thanks for the help. Also I am looking into MSI to see if they are any bluetooth drivers... I am trying everything..
edit: I got this app called MSI SetupDri64. I don't know if I supposed to use that. I have zero clue what to do.
Another edit: I'm on MSI Center and I found my AMD BlueTooth Drivers were not installed, I click on them and it says this.

2025-06-24T04:06:53+00:00 Hello JaxsonKnight, thanks for reaching out. I'm Ace, one of the Independent Advisors. I can understand your concern and please don't worry I am here to help you.
When Bluetooth disappears from both Device Manager and Settings, it’s usually because Windows has lost communication with the Bluetooth adapter. This can happen due to a corrupted or missing driver, a disabled Bluetooth service, or even a hardware initialization failure after a system update or power cycle. When Windows can’t detect the adapter, it hides all Bluetooth-related options, which is why you don’t see it in Device Manager. To fix this, the first step is to ensure that the Bluetooth Support Service is running. You can do this by pressing Windows + R, typing services.msc, and checking that the Bluetooth Support Service is set to “Automatic” and is currently running. If it’s stopped, start it and restart your PC. If that doesn’t help, open Device Manager, click “View” and select “Show hidden devices.” Then right-click your computer name at the top and choose “Scan for hardware changes.” This forces Windows to re-detect any missing hardware, including Bluetooth. If Bluetooth still doesn’t appear, it’s possible the driver is missing or corrupted. You can manually add the Bluetooth driver by going to Device Manager, selecting “Action” > “Add legacy hardware,” and following the wizard to install a Bluetooth adapter. Alternatively, visit your PC or motherboard manufacturer’s website, search for your model, and download the latest Bluetooth driver. Installing it and restarting your PC often restores full functionality.
Let me know if this methods work Jaxson.
Thanks!
