No problem. Glad you sorted it out.

To reiterate what has previously been said to most other posters....many of whom are not reading this entire thread

Microsoft has nothing to do with TotalAV. We cannot assist anyone who posts here with complaints about TotalAV billing them for an order they did not place.

If anyone has an issue with TotalAv or billing, please contact them. I have provided the support links to do this.

Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.

Let me help you with this issue.

I understand you are being billed on TotalAV.

TotalAV is not part of Microsoft. TotalAV is a separate company that provides antivirus and cybersecurity software. It is independent of Microsoft, which develops its own security solutions.

If you're being billed for TotalAV without having ordered it, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, check your email for any confirmation messages from TotalAV regarding a subscription or purchase. These emails may include important information such as order numbers or subscription details that will be useful when contacting support. Next, reach out to TotalAV's customer service or billing support to request a refund and cancel any active subscriptions. You can typically find their contact details on the official TotalAV website under the "Support" or "Contact Us" sections. If you're unable to resolve the issue with TotalAV directly, contact your credit card issuer to dispute the charge, as most credit card companies will allow you to challenge unauthorized transactions and block future charges. Additionally, if you're receiving unwanted promotions or communications from TotalAV, make sure to unsubscribe from their marketing emails to avoid further inconvenience. Taking these actions should help you prevent any future charges.

You scam people - yesterday our Paypal account was charged with 165 EURO without ANY existing subscription, any email of you in any of our inboxes, we called our bank and they said they have to block our card and we have to make a new one and that is a huge problem since all our Meta and Google are tied to that card so you made us a HUGE problem with your scammy unethical charging behavior and your "professional reply" is how you wash off your scammy scheeme of charging people. WE HAVE NEVER USED YOUR SERVICE WE DO NOT NEED IT SO REFUND US BACK ALL THE MONEY your charged us without authorization. We maybe used are login some years before to try your software which I do not know what is it and you who knows how many time later take off 165 (!!!!!!!!!!!) EURO. What is this othar than scam? How can you do this???? Shame on you. I sent a report to Paypal and on your website and I hope you will refund us all the money or I will not stop writing reports and raising awareness - REST ASURED. In Serbia we work for a sallary of 600 euro and you will charge 165???? What a scam.
