It appears to be a Windows 11 issue. Quick Print is no longer an option. I have to open every single document, regardless the format or origination, to print.
Where is the quick print option in Windows 11?

Hello :) I have received over 30 PDFs as attachments in an outlook email, I need to print each one and do not have time to individually open them and then print - as this will become a daily task and the number I receive varies daily.
How do I print them all at once please? The "print attachments" option in Outlook is not working, it just prints the actual email and then opens all of the attachments in Microsoft Edge. I have tried saving them all to my desktop then selecting all / a few and right clicking but there is NO print option showing, there's no print option even when I only click on one!
I've already checked and made sure my default printer is correct, I've tried saving them, downloading them, selecting different amounts... just about everything Google has suggested, but nothing has worked.
I am going crazy pulling my hair out. Can someone please advise? I also just want to note that I am at work and this is my work desktop not my personal one, so I can't do anything with the security permissions or downloading software etc etc
Thank you in advance

Where is the quick print option in Windows 11?
Hi,
Thank you so much for responding so quickly. Unfortunately I tried both of those before posting on this forum, neither of those options work.
"quick print" is not showing in the context menu in outlook, only when I have one file selected. As soon as I have more than one selected the option disappears.
The second option you've given also doesn't work. I have saved all files into a folder on my desktop, selected all files then right clicked on one and there is no option to print. I've tried selecting a smaller amount and there is still no option.
I have then tried right clicking whilst selecting only one document, and there is still no option to print? I'm not sure what's going on! any saved Word Document I have will allows me to print by right clicking - is it specifically because these are PDFs?
I see, thanks. Is this Outlook 365 or Outook new which you are using?
Hi Adele,
Option 1
Select the email containing the PDF attachments in your Outlook inbox.
In the Reading Pane, click on one of the PDF attachments to select it.
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on each additional PDF attachment you wish to print. Alternatively, click the dropdown arrow next to an attachment name or in the attachment area and select Select All.
Right-click on any one of the selected attachments.
Select Quick Print from the context menu.
The attachments will be sent directly to your default printer.
Option 2:
Open the email containing the attachments.
Click the dropdown arrow next to one of the attachments (or look for an 'Attachments' tab/menu) and select Save All Attachments.
Choose a folder on your computer to save the PDFs and click OK.
Open File Explorer (Windows key + E) and navigate to the folder where you saved the attachments.
Select all the PDF files you need to print (use Ctrl+A to select all, or Ctrl+click / Shift+click to select specific ones).
Right-click on any one of the selected files.
Select Print from the context menu.
