Computer crashes to black screen while playing World of Warcraft

Hello everyone,

I was hoping that someone could help me. In the last 3 days while playing World of Warcraft my PC has 'crashed' to a black screen and does nothing. This causes me to have to restart the computer.

I have updated windows, drivers, and repaired WoW.

I have swapped out and had the same issues when trying a new CPU, GPU, PSU. (tried each individually)

I have went into event viewer and changed the default kernal tracking/logging to a higher number.

I have turned off tracking in adrenaline software.

I was hoping someone might have some other ideas.

    Run SFC and DISM commands to scan and repair system files that may have become corrupted.

    Open the Start Menu and type cmd, right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.

    Copy and paste the command;

    sfc /scannow

    Press Enter and wait for the process to complete.

    Then copy and paste;

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Restart the computer.

    If you have Gamebar enabled, try temporarily disabling it.

    Click on the Start menu and open Settings

    Go to System > System Components

    Search for Game Bar and click on the 3 dots (...) > Advanced options

    Click the "Background component permissions" menu > Select "Never"

    Thank you.

    See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    To find these files, this is the path "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    First copy and paste all the minidump files you have to another folder and then zip it. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud on a website like OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.

    Choose to share or right click and get the share link.

    Please post the link to the ZIP file here so it can be reviewed.
