i downloaded a GTA 3 skin maker program and this has come up when i tried opening it

This only works if you have VB6 installed. If you are looking to fix the COMDLG32.dll not installed...this down load from MS will not help you.

Yes, the package can't be installed. But the .msi file can be opened using 7-Zip, and the required DLL/OCX files can be copied.

This is a component of Visual Basic 6 for Applications.
I think you can get it installed by downloading this application from Microsoft, but this is a very old tool. There is no guarantee it will work properly on Windows 11.
