Hi again, I'm sorry you're still having trouble! Let's try to dig a little deeper.

    Uninstall Minecraft from your PC.

    > Press Win + R, type %localappdata%, and press Enter.

    > Delete any folders named Minecraft or Microsoft.MinecraftUWP.

    > Also, check %appdata% for any Minecraft folders and delete them.

    > Restart your computer.

Also, check for Windows updates. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Install all available updates and restart your PC.

Reinstall Minecraft from the Microsoft Store. Open the Microsoft Store app and make sure you are signed in with the account that owns Minecraft. Search for Minecraft for Windows (not Java Edition) then click Install.

If you have access to another Windows 10 PC, try installing Minecraft there with your account. If it works, the issue is with your laptop's configuration.

Let me know how it goes!

    Best,

Hi there, Lee! This is Marc. Thank you for reaching out to the community.

Thanks for providing those details. Based on what you've described, here are a few approaches we can try.

First, make sure you're logged into Minecraft with the same Microsoft account that you used when you purchased the game. Sometimes, if you log in with a different account, it will show you the trial version instead of your full purchase.

Next, try reinstalling Minecraft but make sure to follow these steps:

    > Uninstall the game from your computer.

    > Go to the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft, and select Install again.

    > When the game installs, launch it and make sure you're signed in with the correct account.

If that doesn't work, check the Microsoft Store for your order history to confirm that the purchase was processed successfully. You can go to Settings > Accounts > Your Info, and click on Payment & Billing to see your order details.

If it still says “trial,” try resetting the Microsoft Store cache by pressing Win + R, typing wsreset.exe, and pressing Enter. Then, restart your computer and check if the game opens correctly.

If none of these work, it might be worth reaching out again to Microsoft Support, but this time specifically asking them to check if the license for Minecraft is correctly applied to your account after the reset.

Let me know how it goes and enjoy your summer!

    Best,
