Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
F12 usually brings up the temporary boot menu, the method to access BIOS varies with each motherboard manufacturer, what is the make (Dell, Lenovo, Asus... etc.) of your laptop?

I’ll restart my laptop, click f12 until I would normally pull up bios settings, but then instead it pulls up
A menu saying, select boot device and gives me 2 options, one is my windows device and the other says something like FXE net……..
How can I get into bios? Am I doing something wrong?
