Hi, I’m Cherrelyn, an Independent Advisor. I completely understand how frustrating this is especially when you just want to access a site like Costco and run into repeated “Access Denied” errors on all Windows browsers. You're not alone; this issue has affected many users recently.

Here are a few steps that have helped others resolve it:

    1.Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

-Go to Edge or Chrome settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data. Select All time and check Cookies and Cached files.

    2.Reset DNS + Flush Cache

-Open Command Prompt as Admin and run these commands one by one:

    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    netsh winsock reset

    3.Disable or Test Without VPN/Proxy

-Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and ensure it’s set to auto. Disable any VPN temporarily.

    4.Use Incognito/Private Mode

Open Costco in InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) to test if extensions are interfering.

If the issue still persists, you might be blocked temporarily by Costco’s server-side filters. Trying again on a different network (like mobile hotspot) could help confirm that.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
