    Hello!

    This DLL is part of Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0.

    I found the forum where you said the link didn't work. I was able to download it by doing this:

    1. Right-click the link > Save Link As > Choose Downloads folder > Save.

    1. Some browsers may block the Download. Go to Downloads in the Browser, and choose the option "Keep", "Keep Anyway", "Download Anyway", or similar.
