2025-06-30T19:11:27+00:00 Thank you for the detailed information. Your laptop model, HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0xxx, does not support Intel Optane memory acceleration.
HP locked down advanced BIOS settings on this model series.

2025-06-30T18:27:32+00:00 Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!
Thank you for the information. You're seeing "Optane feature not supported in AHCI mode" because Optane requires RAID mode, not AHCI.
If BIOS has no RAID option, your laptop may not support Optane acceleration. Check for BIOS updates. I can also check for you.
May I ask what is the model of your HP Laptop?
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.
In the System Summary section, look for the following:
System Summary: View general information such as the operating system version, processor details, and installed memory (RAM)..
BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.
BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.
Kind Regards,
Charity
