how to recover the usb? - windows doesn't recognize usb drive -message was 'device descriptor request failed (code 4)3)-

how do I recover the data on the usb drive??

I received the message 'unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed/code 43)'..usb device not recognized..

The overall system, drivers, hub, etc are all OK & up-to-date.

The usb device did work earlier ...

    problem resolved ... usb was not inserted far enough into the hub ...somehow it resolved ..thanks
