2025-05-15T07:49:26+00:00 Thank you for the information. Please try Logging Out and Back Into Microsoft Account
Open Microsoft Store
Click your profile icon > Sign out
Sign back in, and then reopen Township
If it's still not working, please back up your files. (won’t delete progress if linked to Facebook/Microsoft account)
Go to: Settings > Apps > Installed apps
Find Township, click the ... (three dots), then Advanced options
Click Repair first.
If that doesn't work, click Reset ( Only do this if your progress is backed up to Facebook or Microsoft account).
When you reinstall the game or launch it after a reset, it will ask if you want to restore your previous town. Just log in with the same account you linked before, and your progress will return.

2025-05-15T05:22:55+00:00 Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!
Thank you for the information. Is your Township game installed from Microsoft store? If so, please try to clear cache.
Press Windows Key + R → Type wsreset → Press Enter
A black window will pop up, then close automatically. This resets the Microsoft Store cache.
Try launching Township again.
Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Charity
