Issue Redeeming 3-Month Game Pass on Microsoft Store – White Screen After Payment with Revolut

Hello, I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop and received a 3-month Game Pass with it. While trying to redeem the offer by signing into my account and adding my Revolut debit card, I encountered an issue. During the payment process, after approving the transaction in the Revolut app, the Microsoft Store displays a white screen and nothing happens.

    That white screen issue after using Revolut is a known issue sometimes with Microsoft Store.

    Can I ask if you've tried redeeming the Game Pass directly on the Microsoft Services page instead of through the Store app?

    I recommend redeeming offers through the web if the Store app has issues and also making sure Windows and the Store app are updated. If the problem continues, try clearing the Store cache by pressing Windows + R, typing wsreset, and hitting Enter. If Revolut still doesn’t work, using a different payment method just for the setup might help complete the redemption.

    I have similar issue with in app purchase it looks like Microsoft store dialog fails to display Revolut confirmation dialog

    Thank you very much for your help, but what actually helped was changing the debit card to a different one — that seemed to improve things a bit.
