My printer is printing weird colors when all tanks are full - have done several nozzle unclogging exercises as well as print head cleaning but when the page is printed, Black, Yellow and Magenta are fine but Cyan is almost invisible.I have tried to find the Driver Window/Maintenance tab to conduct a Power Clean as described in the manual but cannot find it under Printer properties or Preferences.....
Can you please assist - Epson ET-1810 (Australia)

    Hi Arlene,

I finally found the download and uploaded to my computer - I found the Power cleaning section and went through the process and printed a cyan filled rectangle shape...SUCCESS at last!

Your patience was much appreciated, thankyou

    Cheers Jerry

    Hi Arlene,

I downloaded from Epson what I thought might have been the full Epson Printer Driver and Utilities Combo Package for Windows 11 - but there again it might not have been although it did have a Maintenance tab with nozzle and head cleaning but no Power Cleaning section......Still no Cyan colour at all so I'm of the opinion that there is a serious blockage in the delivery of ink to the nozzle.

I will YouTube to see if there are any ways of unblocking it by other methods

    Cheers Jerry

    Hi Arlene,

Thank you for your quick response - and you may have hit the nail on the head as to my problem. When I unboxed my printer it virtually told me to plug it it in and Windows would set it up. (It did not come with any install instructional CD which i have had with other printers).

I will follow what you suggested and see if that solves the problem - I am only having a problem with the Cyan ink, all other colours are OK.

I am trying to just get the cyan working by using Word and printing off a large shape with the colour 00FFFF Cyan many times to try and get ink to paper but no luck so far, but I'll keep trying (see attached - far right is cyan)

Once again, many thanks for your assistance - it is much appreciated

    Cheers Jerry

Hi thanks for reaching out, I'm Arlene an Independent Advisor.

I understand you're having trouble finding the Power Cleaning option for your Epson ET-1810.

Can you confirm if you've installed the full Epson driver from their official site—not just what Windows installed by default?

To access the Maintenance tab with Power Cleaning, download and install the full Epson Printer Driver and Utilities Combo Package for Windows 11 from the disclaimer: Epson Australia support page. After installing, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your printer > Printing Preferences, then check for the Maintenance tab.

Hope it helps. Please let me know for further assistance.

    Thank you,

    Arlene D.
