Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X64 Minimun Runtime error

I've been having an error that prevents me from getting updates and its been persesting for 3 years

It says that the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 cannot be reiwnstalled becuase of my missing 2022 X64 minnimum Runtime, I'm trying to instal it but it wont let me instal it becuase it says that the older version of Microsoft Visual C++ x64 cannot be removed
