I have tried to search google for an answer but I have failed to find a solution that works. Win+Ctrl+T does nothing and Ctrl+F11 does nothing.

Hi, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

Do you mean to keep a window always on top? If so, you will need the PowerToys app for that. You need this tool for the shortcut Win+Ctrl+T to work.

You can download the tool here. It also comes with a lot of other handy tools that you might want to check out.

I believe most of the useful features have been moved to PowerToys, so you might find some tools there that could be helpful to you. Have a good day too! :)
