Hello
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
For the problem you are experiencing, if the clipboard (or other system settings) shows “Some of these settings are managed by your organization”
It's usually because the system has detected that the Group Policy or registry has been modified, resulting in some features being restricted.
I would like to check with you if your computer is in a corporate environment?
If not you can try the following to see if it works
Check the registry
If you are using Windows Home Edition (without gpedit.msc), you can modify the registry manually:
Open the Registry Editor by pressing Win + R and typing regedit.
Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
Look for the following keys (if any):
AllowClipboardHistory
AllowCrossDeviceClipboard
If these keys exist and have a value of 0, right-click to change them to 1 (enable).
If these key values do not exist, you can create them manually (right-click Whitespace > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value) and set them to 1.
Restart your computer and check if the clipboard is back to normal!
Disclaimer: Modifying the registry or workgroups is usually geared towards advanced users, administrators and IT professionals, and it can help to fix some problems, however, improper registry modifications can lead to serious problems. Therefore, please make sure to follow the steps below strictly. For further protection, make a backup of the registry before modifying it. For more information on how to backup and restore the registry refer to the:How to back up and restore the registry in Windows - Microsoft Support
Thank you for your patience and reading.
