BSoD with the error code 0x0000001e, how can I fix it?

This is the message I got: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8016923618f, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffffffffffffff). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\070125-9687-01.dmp. Report Id: b5195443-5037-4759-8140-8f3b7bfa956b.

Ever since I built this PC it has never had any issues, I recently went on vacation for around a month and did not use the PC, when I came back it has blue screened once a day.

Operating system: WIndows 11 pro
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700KF

RAM: 32G
Storage SSD: 1.8TB

The blue screen happens when I play games or just randomly, and help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ,

Both minidumps were failed with Riot's Vanguard.

In this case, yes, the error with Riot Vanguard confirms the problem. Perform the following procedure:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/opt...

It will uninstall everything related to Riot completely. If you have any third-party antivirus, disable it first.

Try installing the chipset drivers, remembering that this is not a Windows problem, but rather a Riot Vanguard anticheat problem, which can cause BSODs to occur randomly.

Update the BIOS to the latest version due to the fix for 13th and 14th generation Intel processors.

Then install the chipset drivers.

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Install the game again.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

What is the model of your motherboard?

If possible, access c:\windows\minidump, copy the minidump to the desktop > upload it to One Driver and post the link here for analysis.
