Hello there, CarolPeacocke! This is Marc and thanks for reaching out. I appreciate you providing those details about your setup and the steps you've already tried. Based on what you've shared, I have a few ideas that should help resolve this issue.
One thing to check is Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and make sure “Use the Print screen button to open screen snipping” is either enabled or disabled, depending on your preference, it can sometimes interfere with traditional screenshot behavior.
Also, double-check apps like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Snagit, as they may silently take over screenshot functions. Try exiting those apps and testing the key again.
If none of that helps, you can try resetting your keyboard mapping using PowerShell or a tool like SharpKeys to ensure the key hasn't been overridden at a low level.
Note: You can visit this site for the SharpKeys Windows application: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/xpffcg7m673d4...
I hope this helps resolve your issue. Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
Regards,
