tying to reinstall windows at service centre (amateur) accidentally deleted the eSupport file on my ASUS ROG ZEPHYRUS S15 GX502LWS. Does anyone have a copy they can share with meaccidentally

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That is an OEM folder that Asus installed on your C drive, it just contains a full set of drivers and pre-installed utilities that are specific for your laptop model.

    You can create a folder on your drive yourself, then download a full set of driver installers and utilities Asus provide on the support page for your laptop into that new folder.
