Hi, thanks but it didn't work. I deleted NBA 2K 25 and also Warzone to have 400 GB and now I can install it because I already checked everything. If anything else happens, we'll be in touch.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is stuck at 100% and hasn't progressed, and now it's asking to download 58 more gigabytes.
I was downloading MFS2020 after 5 months and I waited like 3 hours and when it reached 100% it said something that it was unzipping but 1 hour passed and nothing so I decided to close the game and restart the computer and when I opened it it told me that I needed to download 58 more gigs, This is the annoying thing, Microsoft never fixes these things and on top of that I had to delete SUPER HEAVY things especially my documents that saved games and now I have to wait hours for sure, if any employee sees this I ask that please or apologize (if possible) give me the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Sorry to bother but I needed to talk to someone about this about Microsoft Flight Simulator

2025-06-23T01:02:55+00:00 Hi Gonzalo! I am an Independent Advisor here to help. As shown on your message it seems like you need to clear the official and temp folder caches to prevent from
looping. Kindly look for the
C:\Users[YourName]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages inside you will see the Official and Community folders, you have the option to back the folder if need. Then, you can delete contents from Official/Onestore or Official/Steam folder (whichever one you have) with files
C:\Users[YourName]\AppData\Local\Temp. After this you can restart the app (sim) and it will be redownload and should remove the update loop. Once done dont forget to Run as Administrator the Sim or the installer. You can check updates in Microsoft store or Xbox app to make sure that is it up to date. In the installation process please choose customer install path like D:\MSFS to avoid repeated downloads.

2025-06-23T00:28:18+00:00 Listen to me, I've already spoken with people from Microsoft and it's incredible that they didn't help me at all, THEY DIDN'T FREE UP ANY SPACE FOR ME, that's why I'm claiming MFS 2024, they've left me without space, they've already warned me about everything, but it's what I need, it seems like a joke now.

2025-06-23T00:26:05+00:00 Hi Gonzalo,
I'm Yve. I'd be happy to assist you with this.
I know how super frustrating this can be when you've already spent hours downloading a massive game, only to be asked to download even more. Let's try to get things sorted out so you're not stuck in this cycle again.
Before we dive into fixes, just want to double check a few things so I can point you in the right direction.
- Where are you downloading the game from?
Is it through the Microsoft Store, the Xbox app, or Steam? Sometimes the solution depend on where it came from.
- What happens after it asks for the extra 58 GB?
- Have you tried any of these already?
- Repairing or resetting the game through Windows settings
- Clearing the Microsoft Store or Xbox app cache
- Checking available space on your install drive
- Which drive are you using to install the game? And how much free space is left there? Big installs like this can act weird if space is tight.
Once I have a better idea of what's going on, I can walk you through a fix step by step.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Yve (Independent Advisor)

2025-06-22T23:20:39+00:00 I CAME TO EDIT THIS BECAUSE I DOWNLOADED WHAT YOU ASKED FOR AND THE GAME CLOSED BY ITSELF AND ASKS ME TO DOWNLOAD MORE. GIVE ME THE GAME MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2024. I HAVE ALREADY LOST 200 GIGAS BECAUSE OF YOU.
