    Hi ,

Well, I generally believe that it can be done in 1 to 2 months.

For more information, I recommend checking the disk health in cristaldiskinfo to see if it is healthy enough to perform the defragmentation.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this

Well, generally yes, according to HDD, it is not recommended for SSDs. In this case, it may even improve performance, but depending on how the disk is compressed, there is no risk since defragmentation actually reorganizes the data and blocks of information on the HDD.

However, the process is time-consuming and if you cancel or restart the PC during the defragmentation process, it may damage the HDD and the data on it.mance, however, depending on how the disk is compressed, there is no risk since defragmentation actually reorganizes the data and blocks of information on the HD.
