    Hi Jonah,

    I’m Pau, an Independent Advisor, and I see that you're having trouble buying Minecraft. You said the purchase process shows “working on it” and you haven't received the game after two hours. Let me help solve this.

    Troubleshoot and complete your purchase with these steps:

    Ensure your payment method is valid and funded.

    If buying online or in the Microsoft Store, clear your browser or app cache.

    Log out of your Microsoft account and then log back in.

    For system refreshment, restart your device.

    Try buying from Microsoft Store or Minecraft website again.

    Check your email for purchase confirmations and errors, including spam/junk folders.

    Make sure the purchase was processed by checking your Microsoft account order history.

    Make sure that if you used a gift card or code, it is entered correctly and hasn't expired.

    Make sure your device has the correct date and time settings and that they are set to automatic.

    VPN and proxy services can disrupt purchases, so disable them temporarily.

    If the problem continues after following the steps above then;

    Please go to Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/ and then:

    Go to > Get Help > Billing & Subscriptions > Purchase issues

    For help with the game, reach out to Minecraft support at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us.
