Check Printer Settings
Press Win + R, type control printers, and hit Enter.
Right-click on your printer and select "See what's printing".
In the menu that appears, click "Printer" and uncheck "Use Printer Offline" if it's selected.
Set the Printer as Default
While still in the printer settings window, right-click on your printer and select "Set as default printer".
