Cannot sign in with microsoft account to anything on the system

I cannot sign in to anything (outside web browser) with my microsoft account, things that don't work:

-Microsoft Store

-Microsoft Office Apps

-Connect from Access work or school panel in Settings

Already used SFC /scannow (did not find any corrupted files), I'm on Windows 10 Pro (Version 22H2), I really want to avoid Windows Refresh cause I don't wanna lose all applications (I would rather kill mysefl)

Clicking Connect button causes completely gray box to oppen for a split second and then disappear (probably a crash), signing in attempt in Microsoft Office Apps (like Word) causes following error:

    Thank You for this answer, I performed all 5 steps according to provided guide, however the issue still persists with the same errors I provided appearing after each sign in attempt in Event Viewer. I have noticed that in point 5 I had no "BlockAADWorkplaceJoin" under "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WorkplaceJoin, only "default" was present there so I deleted the key entirely with Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WorkplaceJoin" -Recurse. There was no "PassportForWork" in path "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Policies".

    Following Security-SPP information still appears in Event Viewer: "Duplicate definition of policy found. Policy name=AAD-BlockAADWorkplaceJoin-Default  Priority=100"

    After performing step 3:
    Remove-Item "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy" -Recurse -Force
    Remove-Item "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy" -Recurse -Force

    2: Reinstall Core UWP Packages

    From the Admin PowerShell console, reinstall all default UWP apps (not harmful for existing apps and files):

    Win + R → inetcpl.cpl

    4: Make Sure Related Services Are Running

    If the result is 1, it’s blocking sign-in. You can disable with:

    Or delete the key entirely:
