    Hi RaffaF1234,

    Thank you for your Reply.

It seems that you have re installed windows therefore it should be clean from any corruption on the pc. It seems that this one seems to be on hardware side. Most likely the GPU of the pc or due to the Laptop's power issue. I highly suggest getting in touch with the Manufacturer of your laptop to get a hardware check or an updated driver for the GPU.

    Hi RaffaF1234,

    Thank you for your Reply.

Have you tried get the charger plugged in while you play the game and see if the pc crashes out?

If the pc goes to black screen. Try to press ctrl alt shift b at the same time in your keyboard.

Try to check if the battery is loose as the error seems to be more on the power.

Let me know how it goes,

    Best Regards,

    HI RaffaF1234

Thank you for Posting in Microsoft Community

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your HP Omen laptop. Based on the information you provided, it seems like the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti driver is causing the crashes and black screen. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Update the NVIDIA graphics driver to the latest version from the NVIDIA website or through the Device Manager in Windows.
    2. Make sure Windows is up to date by checking for and installing any available updates.
    3. Run a Windows Memory Diagnostic test to check for any memory issues.
    4. Check for any overheating problems by monitoring the laptop's temperature during use.
    5. If the issue persists, you can try performing a clean installation of the NVIDIA graphics driver. > you can do it by downloading the nvidia driver from nvidia website then run the installer and select clean install of the driver.

    I hope it works,

    Best regards,
