Corel draw 2017 64bit I can't download

My pc is win 11 The program downloads the 32 bit version but I can't download the 64 bit version. It gives an error saying: A newer version is already installed. Since I know that there is no 32 bit version of Win 11, it has nothing to do with Windows.

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
Do you have a 32-bit version of CorelDRAW installed? If so, you should remove that version, restart, and install the 64-bit version.
Regarding the installation, you can download the installer for the license you have from the Corel website or from Disk.
