Hi, I had the same problem. The Realtek HD audio drivers provided by Dell worked for me. They are 689MB, from the official website.
No audio device installed Inspiron 3501 laptop windows 11 cirrus logic driver problem
I've tried everything in the community threads to no avail so I'm asking if anyone has a solution for this problem before I just give up and wipe it and lose all the info on it. I'm hoping if all fails that wiping it should get her back running right. I hope.

2025-05-03T17:54:08+00:00 Of course it is NOT going to work with computers with cirrus audio chipsets.
This laptop is a 2022 pandemic model. The whole world ran out of toilet paper, let alone audio chipsets. So some inspiron 3501 laptops came with realtek audio chipset and you use the dell realtek audio driver. Other inspiron 3501 came with cirrus audio chipset and you use the dell cirrus audio driver.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
The error "No Audio Output Device Installed" appears if there is an issue with your audio drivers. Either it could be corrupted to stopped working.
- Could you please let us know what are all the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
- Did you make any recent Software Changes to your Computer? (like Installing updates, replacing hardware components, etc...)
If you haven't tried this method yet, you might consider it.
• Try downloading the Compatible audio drivers or Waves Maxx Pro Application from your PC manufacturer's website and see if it works.
