Clinfo.exe is part of the AMD graphics software and drivers installed on your PC.

The best option would be to completely uninstall the AMD graphics software from your PC, restart your PC, then go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to download and re-install the latest version of the AMD graphics software they provide.

igdrcl64.dll is a part of the Intel HD graphics drivers installation, perform the same steps to download and re-install the Intel HD graphics drivers and software.
