Unable to install Windows 11

Hello,

I'm unable to install W11. In instalation proces it show me message with error:

"An unexpected error occurred while installing Windows. Code error 0x80042519 - 0x4002f."

I can't find any relative answers or solutions with this error.

Installer was created via Media Creation Tool or Rufus. With both i get error.

Doesn't matter how many drives is (dis)connected.

If you wanna know specs:

MB: X570 Gigabyte Aorus Elite

BIOS: F40g

RAM: 32 GB Kingston Fury DDR4

CPU: Ryzen 5800X

CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420

Storage: 2X M.2 1TB, 1x 2.5" SSD, 1x SATA 8TB

GPU: Sapphire 7800XT Nitro

PSU: Corsair RM1000e

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Run the Windows 11 Setup again.

On the screen where it says 'Select setup option', select Previous Version of Setup and proceed with the installation.

    4)Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    fltmc

    schtasks.exe /Run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"

    reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TargetVersionUpgradeExperienceIndicators" /s

    dism /online /get-drivers /format:table >c:\drivers.txt
