For clarification, I don't know why the system rejected my post if I posted the text as is. It said it didn't comply with the policies for posting. I tried to correct it, but it wouldn't let me upload it, so I had to take a screenshot to be able to post. Thank you for understanding.

Bending the rules, eh? :-) More seriously, the spam filter on this site can be a little aggressive at times. I don't know exactly what triggered the spam filter, but the two "funny" characters at the end are my prime suspects.

Anyway, your question is available now, and hopefully someone answers. (This is not my field of expertise, so I am not going to try.)

No wonder that happened, thanks for the help Erland, I "racked my brain" a bit trying to correct or change some things and I didn't think it was that emoji thing, to keep that in mind for next time, thanks

Thanks for the help, but the problem I have with the language is in the IoT LTSC version of Windows 11, which is Windows 11 IoT LTSC 24H2, on the Microsoft page it is available but only in English, I want to see if it is possible to modify those 3 points that I mentioned in my post to be able to change the language completely, please, I don't know if it would be possible, thanks again for answering.
