[Article] How to download Office 365 for offline install

If you want or need to download Office in full to install, instead of using the streaming install, you can download an installation file. The downloaded file contains both the 32- and 64-bit installations.  

Office 365 Business, Enterprise, and Educational Subscriptions

If you have an Office 365 Business or Enterprise subscription, you (or your administrator) will need to use the Office Deployment Tool to download and install Office 365 offline.  For instructions, see Use the Office offline installer

Office 365 Home and Personal Subscriptions

If you have an Office 365 Home or Personal subscription, log into the Services > Microsoft 365 Family page. Click Install, then click Choose a Version to expand the menu. Select Offline installer at the bottom of the menu. For instructions, see Use the Office home offline installer

Non-subscription Office linked to your Microsoft account

Downloads for one-time purchases of Office applications are at the bottom of the **Subscriptions **page. Click the Install button to open the dialog shown above and choose the Offline installer from the Choose a menu.
